We are a mission-minded church….come help us grow and serve…..

Weekly we have our children’s missions programs RA’s & Mission Friends. These programs collectively make get-well cards for the sick and make or build crafts or goodie bags for shut-ins and several nursing homes. They assist in making Migrant Bags given out, in our area. Help assemble 30-50 backpacks for another local church to give to local school kids. Have annually raised monies for Meals on Wheels through a Pinewood Derby Race, and to date have raised over $75,000. Our list of serving others and glorifying Christ keeps on growing!

Depart to Serve the World

Throughout the year we have many ongoing mission activities. Meals on Wheels delivery, collecting school supplies for local schools, and helping local families as needed. We also have an ongoing handicap ramp program, that has grown from wooden ramps to moveable aluminum ramps with an inventory housed at the church. We sponsor and assist in a monthly canoe & kayak trip, giving us an opportunity to share our love to all.

Annually we host several opportunities to serve and assist. We have a booth at the Dogwood Festival, passing out water and scripture. We host a Community Day providing clothes, blankets, food, and health screening. We host a Fall Festival that has grown to several hundred children and youth playing games and eating while exposed to the Word through handouts and verbally. We initiated a Community Thanksgiving Meal program that with additional community support serves well over 1000 meals that day.
